Folder for all GUI managers for managing docker containers Rankings:
- Dockhand
- Newer kid on the block. Focus on security with nice built in image scanners for vulns. Competes with Portainer
- Portainer
- The defacto docker gui manager. Well known, stable, been around for a hot minute. Recommend everyone play and learn it since it is used so often in the industry.
- Dockge
- Best for beginners. Simply interface and easy to learn. Recommend using this first if brand new to docker and compose files(yaml). Eventually gradute to Portainer or Dockhand. Note: made by the same guy that made uptime kuma so if you like that style then definitely use this.
- Yacht
- Still in beta. Looks very promising, but needs a lot more work. If the dev keeps up with it, it could compete with portainer. I personally used yacht as my first docker gui manager, so I might be biased but I really liked how it worked.
- Dokemon
- Komodo
